Nap of the day: the best horse racing tips from the day's five meetings on Wednesday, August 20

York

4.45: Luna A Inbhir Nis

The prolific and speedy Luna A Inbhir Nis held on from Lady Roxby over 5.4f here last time and, with the return to a bare 5f a probable plus, she can post her seventh win of the season. Mademoiselle is better than she showed in the 3yo Dash at Epsom last time and is feared most on her first outing for the in-form Kevin Philippart de Foy. This should be run at a very healthy clip which will be a positive for Lady Roxby's claims and she is next on the list. Cases can also be made for Fluorescence, Nad Alshiba Green, Novamay, and Galaxy Zoo. Ben Hutton

Carlisle

4.55: Tootsie

This can go the way of Tootsie who enjoyed far from a trouble-free run when third at Redcar and can gain compensation off an unchanged mark. Operation Gimcrack is feared most on the back of a resurgent Doncaster second with handicap debutante Believe In Lies and in-form duo Miss Cast and Bella Love also in the picture. Peter Entwistle

Kempton

7.20: Run With It

Plenty are in with a shout but Ralph Beckett's Run With It got back on the up when scoring at Wolverhampton and is taken to defy a 6lb penalty with further progress on the cards. Resurgent Rogue Encore could emerge as the main danger, although the lightly raced Niminy Piminy and C&D winners Zoffandia and Notimeforchitchat can also have a say. In-form duo Savvy Kingdom and Sheriff's Court complete the shortlist. Peter Entwistle

Sligo

6.08: Cocovic

A weak maiden in which only two appear to count. Cocovic proved his stamina at Killarney last time and rates a more solid proposition than Sophia Rose, disappointing last time at this trip but a player on her earlier Downpatrick second. Bold Rhyme has shown mild promise in bumpers and prove next best. Alan Hewison

Worcester

8.00: Orange Diamond

This looks much more competitive than the first division. Last month's C&D winner Pacific ought to run well again for the sponsors, while Kopa Kilana (second choice) can be excused his odds-on defeat in a tactical race on his stable debut and may come good for Olly Murphy soon. However, Orange Diamond could still be well handicapped after last month's winning stable debut here and gets the nod. Chris Wilson
