Nap of the day: best horse racing tips from the day's five meetings
Friday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Cheltenham
3.00: Mullenbeg
Well handicapped under a penalty and returning to the scene of her Listed bumper success, the improving mare Mullenbeg has a good chance of completing a hurdles four-timer. Anyharminasking, who looks interesting back on a left-handed course, is feared most ahead of solid contender Too Friendly. The return to forecast faster ground presents a question mark for Punctuation, who otherwise has appealing claims. Market support for ex-French Le Patron should be heeded.

Doncaster
2.45: Fine Casting
Most of these have something to prove but Fine Casting was a good second in a big-field handicap at Cheltenham on his return last month and he travelled strongly for a long way in that race. He has a 4lb rise to deal with but this six-year-old is open to more progress and has leading claims in his bid to make it three from seven in this sphere. The main danger is Dan Skelton's lightly raced handicap newcomer Message Personnel.
David Moon
Dundalk
6.00: Bold Ribb
It's hard to get away from Bold Ribb who was only narrowly denied over a mile here last time and could be hard to beat back down in trip. It was a promising debut from Esta Ella Fuera over course and distance last month and she may progress while Tellthemi'mhere could be involved for the places if she can match the best of her form from last year.
Phill Anderson
Southwell
6.45: Ron O
Chief's Will (second choice), Jack Daniel and Anif all make the shortlist but Ron O looks the one to beat. Ray Craggs' four-year-old bolted up in a good time at Newcastle last week and a 5lb penalty leaves him 3lb well in.
Paul Smith
Wolverhampton
12.50: Storm Master
Unexposed at 7f and still favourably weighted with Mark Winn taking off 5lb, Storm Master has a good chance of following up his October success. Fellow course-and-distance winners Hachert (second choice) and Say Grace are shortlist material, along with Dark Kris who could make another bold bid.
