Nap of the day: best horse racing tips from the day's six meetings
Selections from Beverley, Ffos Las, Gowran Park, Kempton, Salisbury and Yarmouth

Wednesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Beverley
5.05: Riches And Rubies
Crystal Guard and Outback Boy have shown enough to be of interest, although the former needs to prove his stamina. Similar comments apply to the Richard Fahey-trained filly Riches and Rubies (nap) but the body of evidence suggests she is on a more positive career trajectory. She met trouble at a crucial stage at Redcar and could be about to break her duck.
Mark Rowntree
Ffos Las
5.15: Unfoolish
Although she was beaten some eight lengths on her handicap debut, Unfoolish (nap) faces nothing of the front pair's calibre here and she is off 3lb lower to boot. Lower Street rates a major threat having only failed to get up over a mile at Newmarket and she is bred to improve again for this extra yardage. Rose Tiara could also make her presence felt.
Alistair Jones
Gowran Park
8.05: Beyond Happy
A return to a longer trip should play to the strengths of Beyond Happy (nap), a Curragh winner over 1m4f before finishing second in a 1m2f Naas event. Likely dangers include National Ballet, Palace Rock and Phoenix Cowboy.
Alan Sweetman
Kempton
7.25: Flaming Spear
Prontissimo and Riknnah are respected three-year-olds but there is still a fire burning in the veteran Flaming Spear (nap) and, with a few of these happiest on the sharp end, he could find this being run to suit. He was not able to show his best at Wolverhampton last time but he will have a bit longer to get organised at this track and he can pounce late. Highfaluting should not be far away either.
Paul Smith
Salisbury
3.40: Ariel
Topweight Ariel (nap) has solid claims on form and may well enhance his good record in handicaps. His latest effort was boosted when the progressive winner followed up next time. Sevenal and Tasfeeq, both newly gelded, may prove the biggest threats.
Steve Boow
Yarmouth
2.40: The Thunderer
Having powered away from a Sir Mark Prescott improver over course-and-distance four weeks ago, The Thunderer (nap) can follow up. Fellow three-year-old Moktasaab ought to be winning races off this mark, while Yankee Stadium is the pick of the four-year-olds.
