Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's three meetings

The big fancies at Sandown, Ffos Las and Navan

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Ffos Las

4.10: Desque De L'Isle

Progressive last autumn, Desque De L'Isle now returns from wind surgery and looks up to defying top weight. Whoshotwho is on a long losing run but still makes more appeal than most. Loco Coco's form figures hardly inspire confidence but he's still young and cannot be discounted. Richard O'Brien

Navan

2.20: Gaspard Du Seuil

An opening mark of 113 would appear to offer a fair chance to Gaspard Du Seuil, from a top stable and relatively unexposed.
Broken Ice proved he is in good shape when second on the Flat here recently. Farrawaybay has prospered since going into handicaps.
Tullyveery Lad experienced a mishap last time and should not be ignored. Alan Sweetman

Naps table: daily tipping selections from national newspaper experts

Sandown

12.30: Beauport

There would be more for him to prove if the ground is good to soft, rather than soft, but Beauport looks one to stick with following his impressive win over C&D this March in the EBF Final. Jesuitique is feared the most, following the well-backed win on his British debut for Dr Newland, although handicap debutant Wildfire Warrior is very unexposed on his return from injury. Richard Austen
