Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's three meetings

Picks from Leopardstown, Kempton and Musselburgh

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Leopardstown

4.10: Sea Ducor

Fascinating and competitive, with unexposed types like Cask Mate, Carrarea and Get My Drift likely to be towards the head of the market. Recent Fairyhouse winner Autumn Evening as well as good handicap winners Eskylane and Gua Du Large should have a say too, as should recent Thurles winner Mighty Tom. Arthur Moore has not had a horse with a realistic chance of winning this race for some time, but with SEA DUCOR he might just have the one to add to his tremendous record in this race. His run here at Christmas was quite eye-catching and he could be the answer.
Justin O'Hanlon

Kempton

4.00: La Tihaty

Misty Grey has an excellent record on AW for Tom Dascombe and he should make a bold bid despite the steadier of top weight. On A Session is hard to win with but he has plenty of ability and Hollie Doyle should be able to coax a big run out of him. This might be best left to LA TIHATY, though, with Roger Varian's unexposed colt having created a positive impression here last month. A 5lb rise is unlikely to prove beyond him.
Paul Smith

Musselburgh

3.15: Sarasota Star

The five-race chase career of the SARASOTA STAR has been on a constant upward curve and he holds appealing claims. Nero Rock could be a big danger having returned to form when runner-up at Doncaster on his first run for Jennie Candlish. Lucky Flight was going well when unseating two out at Kelso on Thursday and is another to consider.
