Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's three meetings

Monday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Catterick
1.00: Snowy Clouds
Check My Pulse showed determination when justifying favouritism at Carlisle and he's a big player again off his revised mark but preference is for Snowy Clouds(nap), who is still lightly raced and made a good start over fences with his all-the-way win at Market Rasen last month. Blue Hawaii makes her chase debut after another break but her hurdles win came in similar conditions at this track and she needs watching in the market.
David Moon
Kempton
5.45: Wannabe Brave
The return to 0-70 company brings Tralee Hills into the equation as he is 3-4 at this level, but preference is for the unexposed 3yo Wannabe Brave(nap) who left his previous efforts behind when third on handicap debut over C&D last month. He remains open to further improvement. Stiletto, not far behind him in that race, should go well again while previous C&D winner Prince Abu is another to make the shortlist.
David Bellingham
Wolverhampton
4.55: Hooflepuff
Richard R H B has finished runner-up in both starts for Mick Appleby and he's strongly respected but preference is for eight-time course winner Hooflepuff(nap) who has turned things around with wins here in his last two runs and remains feasibly treated on his best form. The other one on the shortlist is Contrast, who got back in the groove with a comfortable success off a reduced mark at Nottingham last month.
