Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's six meetings

Wednesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Beverley

4.10: Andaleep

The in-form Andaleep, who won in good style at Windsor on Sunday, can follow up with his penalty. Little Ted and Zumurud look his main dangers.
Colin Russell

Ffos Las

6.40: Albion Princess

Kinrarra and Virtuoso (preferred in that order) have been in very good form lately but the most interesting runner is Albion Princess, who was unable to justify strong market support on her seasonal/handicap debut at Newmarket in June but still has significant potential.
Chris Wilson

Gowran Park

5.55: Clounmacon

His fourth in the Ballyhane Stakes should make Victoria Road capable of winning most maidens, but the one to be on here should be Clounmacon, whose Curragh second last month is already working out well and he looks a nice prospect.
Justin O'Hanlon

Kempton

8.30: Myriad

Polytrack winner Myriad was a good second at Epsom and perhaps the first-time cheekpieces didn't suit when he flopped last time out. They are removed today and he's selected to bounce back with a win. Thunder Flash is on a hat-trick and is an obvious threat, while Toybox won at Brighton two starts ago and could also be involved.
Ben Hutton

Salisbury

3.30: Climate

Group-race form for Jessica Harrington, most notably her close fourth of six in the Group 2 Dahlia Stakes at Newmarket in May, suggests that Climate can make a winning start today for her new yard, particularly as her main form rival Rose Of Kildare steps back from 1m4f. The improving 3yo Morning Poem (seemingly the Gosden second string) is third on the list, although Henry Candy's good record in this race should be noted and he runs By Starlight.
Richard Austen

Yarmouth

3.55: Baileys Liberty

Top of the list is the Johnstons' resurgent filly Baileys Liberty, who made a bold bid when a clear second behind a subsequent winner at Epsom last time and remains feasibly treated on her best efforts. Al Ameen ran into a major improver at Ascot last month and he's feared most on his drop back in grade, while Mistrix has a solid record this season and should be in the mix again.
