Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's six meetings
Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Chepstow
2.50: Quick Wave
Having won both her starts since wind surgery in sparkling style and done it over 3m5f last time, QUICK WAVE has to be top of the list under her 4lb penalty. This step back up in trip looks very much in favour of The Big Dog but even while showing career-best form last time, there was a possible flaw in his performance because he lost ground at many of his fences. He is nevertheless feared the most among Quick Wave's opponents, ahead of Movethechains who kept winning easily over the extended 2m7f last season at Lingfield. Ask Me Early is respected, with plenty of the others holding fair claims. Gats And Co and Regina Dracones hold some interest among the big outsiders.[Richard Austen]
Richard Austen
Kempton
3.40: Master Dancer
Several of these have untapped potential and the most appealing of them is MASTER DANCER, whose third in a big field at Cheltenham in November suggested he would not be long in returning to winning ways. Big Boy Bobby, another progressive type, could be his most dangerous rival, with No Ordinary Joe, Kandoo Kid, L'Eau Du Sud and Invincible Nao others to consider in a warmly contested finale.

Wetherby
2.45: No Risk Des Flos
Olly Murphy's NO RISK DES FLOS made it 3-3 at Wetherby when winning in good style over C&D last month on his second chase start and he can maintain his unbeaten record here. The consistent Cheddleton is 3lb lower than when second in this last year and is feared most. Last year's winner Eclair D'Ainay is 11lb higher 12 months on but is respected nevertheless, now he's making his reappearance following wind surgery.
Ben Hutton
Wolverhampton
7.30: Tarbaan
Money for Almufeed would look significant, while Harbour Vision, D Day Odette and Precision Storm also come firmly into the reckoning. Capital Theory (second choice) comes here chasing a hat-trick and he is greatly respected but fellow three-year-old TARBAAN responded well to blinkers at Chelmsford four weeks ago and he can take another step forward.
Paul Smith
Leopardstown
1.10: Blue Lord
C&D specialist Chacun Pour Soi sets the standard and will take all the beating if near his best but, by comparison, BLUE LORD (nap) has youth on his side and still hasn't reached his ceiling over fences. The selection might be able to keep in touch well enough to be played late. At his best, Captain Guinness has a life too but he'll need the likely favourite to underperform.
Mark Nunan
Limerick
3.15: The Connector
THE CONNECTOR looks a great bet here for Limerick connections. Respected most of the remainder is McGrath From Clune. Three juveniles down the bottom of the weights add intrigue.
