Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's six meetings
Best bets at Lingfield, Catterick, Yarmouth, Bath, Kempton and Fairyhouse

Wednesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Bath
5.35: Her Way
Tregony has plenty of scope to progress from last month's breakthrough win at Nottingham but hat-trick seeker Her Way (nap) was a very convincing C&D winner a week ago and ought to be very hard to beat under her penalty. Handicap debutant Jack Bean didn't achieve much as a 2yo but is likely to be much more productive this year.
Chris Wilson
Catterick
4.05: Ginato
It's hard to construct a solid case for many of these but Ginato (nap) shaped with some encouragement from a poor draw at Redcar last time and makes far more appeal than most. His stablemate Mr Zanetti is open to improvement as he moves into handicaps but the obvious alternative to the selection is the recent C&D winner Acquisitor.

Fairyhouse
7.25: Adapt To Dan
Due to go up a hefty 15lb in the handicap after winning over 1m at Bellewstown last week, Adapt To Dan (nap) looks well-in with only a 6lb penalty tonight. Fellow Bellewstown scorer Caesar's Comet can go well, while Zahee was unlucky at Leopardstown last time and should go close. Tai Sing Yeh looks solid too.
Tyrone Molloy
Kempton
6.15: Potenza
The unexposed pair Nicks Not Wonder and Storm Chaser are worthy of respect, as is the useful hurdler Didtheyleaveuoutto whose 4lb rise for his Nottingham success doesn't appear harsh. However, Potenza (nap) looked a stayer with more to offer when winning cosily over C&D a week ago and a 5lb penalty may well not be enough to stop him from following up.
David Bellingham
Lingfield
1.00: Kayfast Warrior
The most striking contender is Kayfast Warrior (nap), who found more progress when justifying favouritism in good style at Thirsk and may well be able to follow up under a penalty here. Doonbeg Farmer is feared most, though Dancing Master ran into a handicap blot at Bath and it wouldn't be a surprise if he bounced back with a big run back in trip. Harrier Hawk also looks interesting on her drop back in distance, while the unexposed Patrioctic is a possible improver upped to 1m1f on his handicap debut.
David Moon
Yarmouth
4.15: Goldie Hawk
Chris Wall's Goldie Hawk (nap) has been progressing for a while now and there was a lot to like about her latest win at Windsor. This very well-bred filly can go in again, with Boltaway and Dontaskmeagain likely to put up the most resistance.
Alistair Jones
