Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's six meetings

Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Beverley

3.10: Kiss N Cuddle

Two recent wins at Leicester have shown that Kiss N Cuddle (nap) is suited by a stiff finish so he is taken to defy a 5lb higher mark and complete the hat-trick. Clear To Land should appreciate the return here having finished runner-up over course and distance on her penultimate start, but second choice is Martha's Moment whose pedigree suggests she will appreciate the step up in trip. Anieres Girl looks the most interesting of those making their nursery debut.
David Bellingham

Galway

5.40: Midnight Run

Jon Snow is clearly of interest on his chase debut, while Hannon could have more improvement in him after his good second at Wexford. Preference is for Midnight Run (nap), a faller when with every chance in the Drinmore in November when last seen over fences. His win on the Flat at Ballinrobe last week should have sharpened him up for this.
Justin O'Hanlon

Goodwood

3.00: Sacred

Having kept on for a one-length fifth of 24 on her reappearance in the Platinum Jubilee Stakes over 6f at Royal Ascot, Sacred (nap) can maintain her unbeaten record at 7f now back up in distance. She has won Group races on her two previous attempts at this trip. Lusail has been placed in three-year-old Group 1s the last twice and is feared most now back into a Group 2, having won twice at this level in his two-year-old campaign (the July Stakes and the Gimcrack). Ever Given remains unexposed over 7f and this interesting each-way option is third choice. Last year's winner Kinross and the thriving Pogo could also be involved.
Ben Hutton

Perth

8.00: Keepthefaithinme

Glen Ava bids for a fourth consecutive course and distance win and it's reasonable to expect her to give it a very good shot from the front but another chance can be given to the aptly named Keepthefaithinme (nap), who shaped like a stayer when a clear winner over 2m4f here two starts ago and probably allowed the leader too much rope when second here last time.
Chris Wilson

Worcester

8.10: Greystoke

There should be a big run in the now-gelded Greystoke (nap) who remains capable of better as a hurdler. Halifax returns to the scene of his best run yet and is feared most, ahead of Annual Review.
Alistair Jones

Yarmouth

1.40: Shalfa

Spanish Mane is the proven winner in the field, with the four three-year-olds all maidens, and she looks set to go well again, but Shalfa (nap) has slid to a handy mark and should appreciate the drop back in distance switched from cheekpieces to blinkers. Anyone backing Split Elevens will want to hold their breath as the stalls open.
