Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's seven meetings
Tips at Brighton, Haydock, Musselburgh, Newmarket, Thirsk, Tipperary and Wexford

Saturday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Brighton
4.40: El Camino
Top of the list is the unexposed El Camino (nap), who found improvement on his handicap debut when a close third at Chepstow in June and is on the same mark here on his first run for Mick Appleby. The main danger could be Frontoio, who has had traffic issues in his last two runs and could resume his progress if he gets more luck this time.
David Moon
Haydock
7.52: Siyata
Tom Clover is an excellent 5-12 with runners here, for a healthy level-stakes profit, and the lightly raced Fabricated is respected on her turf debut having been unsuited by the way things panned out over 6f last time. Ultimately, though, it's hard to get away from Siyata (nap), who won with something to spare on her handicap debut, is only 2lb higher and remains open to further improvement.

Musselburgh
4.20: Hayadh
With no improving 3yos to worry about this might be a good opportunity for Hayadh to get off the mark for the season. He pulled clear with two younger rivals at Beverley 18 days ago and although he made the running there, he doesn't have to lead which might be a blessing in this field. A dual course winner, he looks well treated again now and can prove too strong for the thriving Ugo Gregory.
Paul Smith
Newmarket
6.38: Makram
The improving 4yo Makram gained a deserved win over 1m2f at Sandown last time and has dropped a few hints that he could be even better now stepped up to 1m4f. With Boss Power needing to prove he's just as good on turf as he is on AW, the main threat could come from the Mark Johnston-trained Zabeel Champion, who was progressive prior to a blip at Haydock last time.
Ben Hutton
Thirsk
1.00: Chanson D'Amour
A few of these are making their nursery debut and the pick of that group may be Moon Bay who showed promise on the second of her three starts. She shouldn't have a problem with this extra furlong, while Beverley winner Clodovea looks a contender again especially if the rain arrives. Sandie's Dream may show more now upped in trip but the vote goes to Chanson D'Amour who is 5lb well-in following her recent narrow Doncaster defeat. She should have no problem with the return to 7f.
David Bellingham
Tipperary
7.00: Phantom Power
A competitive heat but Phantom Power may well be the solution. A good third at Listowel on his recent handicap debut, he left the impression it was one that got a way on him a little bit. If he can turn the screw another bit here, he should go close. Dangers are plentiful with Khafaaq and Juyush perhaps the biggest threats.
Seamus Howard
Wexford
6.15: Turnpike Trip
A decent standard is set by Turnpike Trip who showed no ill effects of a fall on his penultimate start when runner-up at Limerick since and he's open to further progress on just his fourth start over fences. Roi De Dubai might improve from a promising reappearance and Whatsnotoknow could be involved if he posts a clear round.
