Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's seven meetings
Selections from Clonmel, Salisbury, Bellewstown, Warwick and more
Thursday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Clonmel
1.15: Hermann Clermont
Though his recent winning form is over fences and at 3m, Hermann Clermont (nap) still makes most appeal amongst a generally regressive group. Gaius ran his best race for a while when a fine third at Listowel last week and if repeating that form has a shout getting 20lb from the selection. Politicise and Scheu Time are weighted to go well if showing more spark.
Tyrone Molloy
Salisbury
4.19: Temple Bruer
Spanish Star and King Of Jungle arrive in good form but may be types who need everything to drop right whereas Temple Bruer (nap) knows how to get the job done, having won three of his four starts since joining Mike Murphy & Michael Keady. Hot Chesnut went close when dropped back down to 6f at Yarmouth recently and she's second choice ahead of Sergeant Tibbs, who is much better than he showed last time.

Bellewstown
2.40: Celtic Revival
This is open but Celtic Revival (nap) should go well from his handy draw should positive tactics be persevered with. Hot Sunset ran an encouraging first race in her new headgear and she can be a factor returned to a longer trip, while Princess Azure is not without hope for Jessica Harrington.
Alistair Jones
Warwick
3.21: Coldstream
Despite a 7lb penalty for Monday's Newton Abbot win Getalead cannot be ruled out, while Glimpse Of Gala and Zyon have both proved they can win after an absence. However, the vote goes to Coldstream (nap) who gets weight from each of his five rivals on this handicap debut and remains open to plenty of improvement in this sphere.
David Bellingham
Lingfield
2.19: Classic Order
Ralph Beckett's gelding Classic Order (nap) recorded a good Topspeed figure for the grade when an emphatic winner of his recent nursery debut at Kempton and is taken to complete a double here. So Chic was behind two next-time-out winners when third in a Chelmsford novice last month and may provide the main threat but Beautiful Star is also shortlisted, having shaped well over 1m at Newmarket recently.
Chris Wilson
Chelmsford
7.00: Epic Express
Harb is interesting back on the AW and back up in trip but preference is for Epic Express (nap), who matched his best form over further when winning with a bit in hand over course and distance under George Bass last week. He should get a good tow into this and a 5lb penalty may not be enough to prevent him following up. Legende D'Art and Enduring are others to consider.
Richard Young
Wolverhampton
5.45: Hi Clare
This is a lot easier than the Doncaster nursery that Hi Clare (nap) contested last time. Starshot showed enough at Kempton to believe he can pick up a race of this nature and No News enters nurseries with some momentum behind him.
