Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's seven meetings
Cartmel, Chepstow, Downpatrick, Epsom, Ripon, Roscommon and Wolverhampton picks

Monday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Cartmel
3.30: Hatcher
The admirable Hatcher(nap) should have a good pace to aim at and, although he's up to a lofty mark, this track may well suit and his customary late surge can see him to success again, primarily at the expense of Dino Velvet.
Jonathan Neesom
Chepstow
5.05: Spanish Star
It's hard to know how Algheed will handle turf but she remains open to further progress, while Bolly Bullet would have a good chance if settling better than he sometimes does. However, the choice is Spanish Star(nap) who gained due reward for his consistency at Newbury last time and appeared to win that race with a bit in hand.
David Bellingham
Downpatrick
1.10: Hurricane Georgie
The improving Hurricane Georgie (nap) was only narrowly denied last time out and she could be hard to beat if she steps forward again. Elderado could be the main danger having hinted at a return to form last time and the consistent Hophornbeam should be in the mix again.
Phill Anderson
Epsom
3.10: Titan Rock
Top of the list is the generally progressive 3yo Titan Rock(nap), who went very close at Chester last Saturday and is only 1lb higher on this drop back in grade. Firepower was a good front-running third on his step up to 7f at Newbury and he's feared most, though Corazon Espinado has a record of 4-9 here and it wouldn't be a surprise if he turned things around with a big run back at this track.
David Moon
Ripon
3.40: Kettle Hill
Several of these have been clashing swords in recent weeks, including over C&D. Garden Oasis, Challet and Copper And Five (second choice) could hardly be in better form and are all respected, but Kettle Hill(nap) has more potential than any of them and this looks an excellent opportunity for him to regain the winning thread.
Richard O'Brien
Roscommon
5.10: Chavajod
The form of the Galway race in which Chavajod (nap) finished third has taken on a healthy aspect following wins for the second and fourth. Fit For Function is much better drawn than several others with good claims, such as Eloy D'Amerval, Joupe and Designer Cailin.
Alan Sweetman
Wolverhampton
3.15: Tathmeen
Charming Kid might well blast off from the front and run another big race but he could set things up perfectly for Tathmeen (nap), who was in good form over 6f here last month and would be well suited by a strongly run 5f. Atiyah flopped at York last time and still needs to prove she can cope with the hike up the weight she incurred for her emphatic C&D win two starts ago, but is considered nevertheless.
