Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's three meetings

Monday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Ffos Las

3.30: Rocky Man

The Dan Skelton-trained Rocky Man (nap) ran well over this C&D just before Christmas, should still be well treated having been raised just 2lb for that effort and looks likely to progress further. Gladiateur Allen (second choice) is interesting off a handy mark back over hurdles and Whitehotchillifili also warrants respect, while Equinus, No Tackle and New Found Fame remain unexposed.

2.10: Danchovska

Having kept on for second in a 6f classified at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago, Danchovska (nap) is taken to go one better now back up in trip. Dafyre arrives in fair form and may be the main danger now back down in distance, ahead of All Dunn.

Wolverhampton

6.30: James Bradley

Preference is for James Bradley (nap), who found plenty of improvement when justifying support in a Chelmsford handicap 11 days ago and a 3lb rise for that convincing win looks fair. Fadi went very close on his handicap debut at Kempton and could pose a serious threat if he can confirm that promise. Third choice is Rebel Angel, who has been beaten less than 2l on Tapeta and Polytrack in her last two starts.
