Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's four meetings

Our best bets for Killarney, Leopardstown, Ludlow and Plumpton

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Killarney

2.30: Desir Du Large

A great opportunity for Desir Du Large (nap), to get off the mark over flights. He showed up well in a pair of Grade 2s and that form is by far the best on show. Irish Poseidon and Off Your Rocco can make up into decent summer jumpers.
Brian Sheerin

Leopardstown

2.15: Aussie Ace

Taken out of race at the Curragh earlier in the week, when the ground turned soft, Aussie Ace (nap), sets a high standard by virtue of his second to the subsequent 2,000 Guineas winner Poetic Flare here last month. Numerian, the highest-rated runner, is hard to win with. He may not prove as dangerous as his stablemate Raise You.
Alan Sweetman

Ludlow

3.20: Glory And Fortune

With his drop in class from the Scottish Champion Hurdle, there should be a big run in Glory And Fortune (nap). The return of a hood is no bad thing and this track will suit his style of running. Percy's Word is not so ground dependent as some of these and it was bordering on a career-best effort when he was last sighted in December.
Alistair Jones

Plumpton

2.38:Bob Backus

The six-year-old Bob Backus (nap) won over course and distance last month and is unexposed in the blinkers and at this distance. Fellow last-time-out winner Soarlikeaneagle doesn't have the same follow-up potential, as his Fontwell win was a first success at the 18th attempt under rules, and Tommie Beau could be the chief danger now he is upped in distance. Queen Among Kings, who was second to Bob Backus over course and distance, isn't ruled out back here after a poor run at Uttoxeter.
