Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's three meetings

Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Clonmel

3.25: Bonnie Kellie

The consistent Union Park should run his race, while Pennywell Girl was unlucky here last time and looks to be going the right way. The selection is Bonnie Kellie (nap) after a performance at Limerick that suggests an 11lb penalty is far from guaranteed to stop her. Topweight Priory Park may follow her home.
Justin O'Hanlon

Kempton

12.40: Mick's Spirit

An interesting sprint in which there should be plenty of early speed. Pablo Del Pueblo (second choice) may well prove as effective at this trip as 6f in time and he's considered from the inside stall, while Em Jay Kay makes his handicap debut off a fair mark. Mick's Spirit (nap) has been running well in stronger company than this in recent starts though and he looks to have a fair bit in his favour on this drop back into Class 6 company.
Paul Smith

Southwell

6.00: Colors Of Freedom

Ladywantaway took a step forward when making a successful return to 5f at Newcastle but her heavy defeat on her sole course start looms large and preference is for Colors Of Freedom (nap), who followed a dynamic late burst to win over 6f with a narrow but convincing win over C&D. Furnicoe is dependable but may have to accept another supporting role.
