Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings

Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Hereford

4.30: Miss Bamby

With the fast ground in her favour Miss Bamby (nap) can gain her second consecutive win at this meeting. Red Maple and Getaway Cory can chase her home.
Colin Russell

Huntingdon

4.22: Lord Sparky

A small field with many imponderables. Dindin and Call of The Loon (second choice) have both shown fair recent form, although the former isn't guaranteed to stay this trip and the latter didn't find as much as seemed likely in defeat at Fontwell. Bal Amie is difficult to accurately assess, while some question marks linger for the returning Judex Lefou. Therefore, the suggestion is the course specialist Lord Sparky (nap).
Mark Rowntree

Leicester

1.55: Junkanoo

At Liberty went close off today's mark at Redcar recently and is also very effective over this C&D but the suggestion is Junkanoo (nap), who made the frame in a stronger race than this at Goodwood in August and ought to be close to concert pitch now, on this fourth start after his long absence. Sea Of Charm also makes appeal.
Chris Wilson

Newcastle

6.35: Millionaire Waltz

A few of these are best suited by challenging late off a strong pace and that could be a potential issue here, with no habitual front-runners on show. Millionaire Waltz (nap) won decisively over C&D 18 days ago and the manner of that win suggests a 4lb rise could be within range. He is preferred to Scotch Mistress, with Rocket Rod, Strongbowe and North Lincoln also worthy of consideration.
Paul Smith

Punchestown

2.55 Abacadabras

It has to be taken on trust that he will have improved significantly from his disappointing Tipperary comeback run, but it is difficult to oppose Abacadabras (nap) at these weights. Darver Star can take advantage if the selection runs below form.
Tyrone Molloy
