Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings

Hexham
3.23: Paddy The Horse
Today's drop back in trip is unlikely to be a problem for Paddy The Horse, who reverts to a handicap after winning a 2m4f course maiden last month and is probably still on a workable mark. He gets the vote ahead of triple C&D winner Fringill Dike, who didn't run well last time and will have something to prove if the ground is worse than good to soft but is evidently very well suited by this track. Battle Of Toro is next on the list.
Chris Wilson
Kempton
7.00: Nap Hand
A trappy affair at first glance, with four of the five runners racing off the same mark. However, Nap Hand's first two efforts have worked out really well - he beat a dual subsequent winner on debut, while those to finish in and around him second time out have registered peak RPRs of 107, 99, 89 and 96 since. He took a hold last time but a subsequent gelding operation could help to ensure that doesn't become a habit. Ludo's Landing is second choice.

Southwell
2.38: Alligator Alley
A few of these like to get on with it and this may set up more favourably for Alligator Alley than the Haydock event he tackled when last in action. His earlier Thirsk win was impressive and he remains on a handy mark. Came From The Dark (second choice) looked on the way back at Haydock last month, while Fine Wine will be a danger to all if fully wound up after his break.
Paul Smith
Warwick
3.15: Lostintranslation
Several highly familiar names line up for a particularly good veterans' chase. Considering he won the Betfair Chase three years ago and bagged Grade 2 honours on his reappearance last season, Lostintranslation is a massively tempting proposition off a mark of just 150. He has become inconsistent but this represents a drop in class and it may well prove an ideal time to catch him. Celebre D'Allen, who did well for his new yard last term, is feared most ahead of Wishing And Hoping, who ran well behind that rival here in February. Snow Leopardess is still of interest, while a few others also have possibilities.
Steve Boow
Dundalk
2.00: Stellify
Despite an off-putting 1-41 record, Stellify is quite appealing on her recent turf form. She has had few opportunities on this surface and is possibly more likely to be suited by this trip than Clever Currency, who was tiring at the finish over 1m6f at Navan four weeks ago and again faded over hurdles at the same venue on Sunday. Folly Beach may run into the money.
