Musselburgh Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway has a perm for the afternoon fixture

There aren’t many runners at Musselburgh but that also means fewer places are available in the Placepot and that’s not always a bad thing. Often it can lead to an increased dividend.
In the opening 7f maiden (1.15), Bullet Force sets a high standard with Racing Post Ratings of 80 and 81 after finishing second on both his starts at Sandown. He rates banker material.
The 1m4½f seller (1.45) looks a trappy small-field event. Yukon was a good second at Beverley last time and should be included. It might be worth chancing Inside Intel as the alternative.
Donizetti looks solid in the 1m1f handicap (2.20), but Proud And Free could also go well.
There might be an upset in the 5f handicap (2.50) because Economic Crisis is better than she has shown at the track on recent starts. She goes in against the favourites, alongside Militia.
Wynford rates banker material in the following 2m2f handicap (3.20) and Billian is one of the best bets of the day in the last leg (3.50). Hajjam is a consistent performer and can also go in.
