Margaret's Mission should appreciate the step up to a mile on her second start at Newcastle 6.20

Given her three wins last season came over a mile it was no surprise to see Margaret's Mission taken off her feet early on over 7f here on her all-weather debut three outings ago. However, she finished the race best of all in a never-nearer fifth and, seeing as she appeared to handle the surface okay, it will be interesting to see what she can do back over a more suitable trip.

Since that run in July, Jim Goldie's mare faced a stiff task at the weights at Ascot and then ran well to be beaten only two lengths into fourth at Newmarket in a race run at a crawl.
