Although he may not be as unexposed as Fox Power, or as obviously in great form as Via Serendipity, there is every reason to think Kasbaan can run a career-best and get among the principals in the feature Bombardier Golden Beer Lincoln Trial at Wolverhampton on Saturday.

He has run only seven times for Mick Appleby and you can throw out the last two. The first occasion was in a Listed race over 1m2f and his latest run came in a warm 7f race.
