Wexford hosts a rare summer midweek afternon meeting and while it is not stellar in terms of quality, there are a couple of interesting runners and plenty of betting opportunities.
On the face of it, there are more obvious candidates than Lilly Geal in the Sliabh Coillte Handicap Hurdle (3.20), such as recent Tramore winner Yaiza, who is 10lb well-in under a mandatory penalty, and recent Limerick runner-up Onefortherose. However, the locally-trained Lilly Geal looks to have a bit going for her.
