The combination of a lofty 250,000gns price tag and an entry in the Group 1 Racing Post Trophy gives a strong hint this juvenile could prove a fair bit better than a mark of 90 on his nursery debut.

Simon Crisford’s gelding was beaten only two and a half lengths in third after running green on his debut over 7f at Newbury in July, and the winner and second have both won subsequently.
