Kempton ideal for Bravemansgame - but who caught my eye more at Wetherby?

Bravemansgame was undoubtably the star of the weekend after his flawless performance in the Charlie Hall at Wetherby.

I am a big fan of Paul Nicholls’ star chaser but, while he can only beat what is in front of him and he clearly did it very nicely, I do have concerns about the form of that contest and I got the impression there wasn’t much left in the tank at the finish.

However, his jumping is electric – he’s up there with some of the best jumpers we’ve seen – and Kempton will be perfect for him.
