>>Jennys Melody defied the maximum 1,000 in running on Betfair on her way to a surprise 50-1 victory in the coral.co.uk Mares' Handicap Hurdle at Ayr.

Derek Fox was at work on the winner after four out and she looked in trouble as Happy Diva kicked clear, but Jennys Melody rallied from the second-last to deny backers of the runner-up at 1.31.
