Isis Blue lands a touch at big prices

>>Isis Blue attracted support to 20-1 from 33-1 in the 1m2f handicap at Bath and landed the gamble despite drifting to 25-1.

The winner had looked beaten when passed by Eugenic over a furlong out and touched 340 in running on Betfair when a posse of challengers emerged, but Isis Blue rallied to beat Dark Amber.

Third-placed Fast And Hot was popular and touched 1.33 without hitting the front, while Eugenic was backed to a low of 1.02, but couldn’t sustain his challenge and was only fourth.
