From just 19 runners in March, Gordon has saddled 12 winners (more than double his tally for any other month in the last five years) at a strike-rate of 63 per cent.
Five of those came on the same day, March 13, from just five runners at accumulative odds of 1,121-1 and while his next runner was a loser at Cheltenham, he then bagged a 29-1 double with his only two runners a day later.
