Impossible to ignore Pick 6 guarantee of €50,000 from Navan

Whether you’re up or down after the Cheltenham Festival, the Tote Pick 6, which has a minimum guarantee of €50,000 at Navan, looks impossible to ignore.

Willie Mullins’ Antey has been provided with a brilliant opportunity to break his duck over hurdles in the opening 2m maiden hurdle (1.50), while Stowaway Forever deserves a change of luck in the 2m handicap hurdle (2.20).

Cases can be made for a few in the Irish Racing Writers Kingsfurze Novice Hurdle (2.55).

Draconien looked very good on his Irish debut at Clonmel before disappointing on his return to the track. A chance is taken on him bouncing back to form, but Cartwright and the forward-going Celtic Rising are big dangers and also warrant respect.

Grade 1-winning novice chaser Great Field should be up to making a winning return in the Grade 2 Webster Cup (3.25), while the Flyingbolt Novice Chase (4.00) looks between Tombstone and Saturnas, himself a Grade 1 winner as a novice hurdler.

The 3m novice handicap chase (4.35) is a tricky contest with Fitzhenry and Glencairn View the two worth siding with.
