Hurdler could have big say on second try back on bad ground

The ground is likely to be very testing on the hurdles track at Sandown this afternoon and such conditions make me uneasy about backing Flat horses.

I often play lay horses with Flat pedigrees over hurdles when the ground is heavy on stiff tracks, but Alan King has already spoiled the fun by withdrawing (wisely) second favourite Praeceps.
