Point and bumper winner who has improved over hurdles since being switched to Ben Pauling’s yard and followed his wide-margin victory at Southwell (soft) with a nine-length win in the Dovecote at Kempton (good). He comes here fresh after missing Cheltenham, but will probably need to improve again now upped to Grade 1 company.

Conclusion Should win, but the forecast price is short enough. Watching brief.
