2pts winIt's not often you get more than one horse carrying in excess of 12st in a handicap chase these days but, thanks to the BHA's decision to allow horses rated up to 2lb higher than the set ratings band, there are four in today's 'Ubique' Handicap Chase (2.10).

The initiative might not please trainers of the lowest-rated horses, but without it this nine-runner contest would be down to six as three of the four would not be allowed to run.
