An Exeter bumper winner on his debut in May last year, Fry's gelding finished second in a similar event at this track that October, but is a maiden after five starts over hurdles.

However, the five-year-old showed promise when second in a novice event at Taunton in January and, after unseating Noel Fehily next time at Sandown, was unlucky to bump into subsequent Grade 1 winner Ballyoptic and smart prospect Pougne Bobbi when third over 2m4f at Uttoxeter on his final hurdles start last season.
