It's the final day of the Galway festival, and there's no respite for punters with a number of fiendishly difficult handicaps and the prospect of soft ground possibly adding to complications.
The Kenny Galway Handicap Hurdle (2.30) over 3m½f is likely to be a proper test of stamina and one who should appreciate it is Perceval Legallois. Gavin Cromwell has not enjoyed the best of luck this week, but this gelding by Ballingarry could well end the meeting on a high note for him.
