Graeme Rodway has an affordable perm for the Placepot at Wolverhampton

Credit: Alan Crowhurst

All the competitive races are at Wolverhampton so that's the location for a Placepot.

The opening 1m½f handicap (4.10) features several improving three-year-olds, but Livia The Empress stands out. She is a filly in form and has run well over course and distance.

The 7f claimer (4.40) is a tough race. Lethal Lunch sets a decent standard but hasn't been seen for 191 days so maybe Dancing Rave is the better option. She goes well at this track.

Onebaba looks the solid option in division one of the 6f handicap (5.10) but it's also worth including My Friend Stan, who made a promising debut for Julie Camacho last time.

Kupa River is well handicapped in the second division (5.40) and I'll be disappointed if he can't make the places under 7lb claimer Tyler Heard, who is good value for his allowance.

Rainbow Dreamer is a consistent performer on the all-weather and should be capable of making the places in the 2m½f conditions event (6.10) which he won 12 months ago.

The 1m1½f handicap (6.40) is the final leg and Athmad is worth including following his course-and-distance win two weeks ago. Kaser has course form and could go well too.
