A recent return to action for the Edward Lynam-trained Masalai suggests he could come out on top in the first division of the Coral Bet £5 Get £20 In Free Bets Handicap (6.00).
A course-and-distance winner towards the end of his three-year-old campaign in 2017, he was just touched off at the venue last April on his reappearance. That seemed to augur well, but he failed to progress and his season came to a premature end after he finished last of seven in an apprentice handicap at Naas in June.
