, who I've backed on all five runs this season without a draw, was supposed to be in the last-chance saloon for me at Ascot four weeks ago, but he's teased me into sticking with him for another crack in the Neptune Investment Management Classified Stakes (2.35) back at the same track.

I really should know better, but Marcus Tregoning's four-year-old ran his best race of the season when second to Leader Writer and if he hadn't frustrated me all season I'd be all over him like a rash.
