Friday's free racing tips: five horses to consider putting in your multiples

Friday's best bets ranked in order of confidence by our top tipsters
Handicappers' nap
Durragh (3.05 Southwell)
Beaten when brought down at the last in a better race at Uttoxeter latest, but is very consistent in today's grade and remains on a competitive mark.
Steve Mason
The Punt nap
Captain Tom Cat (1.45 Cheltenham)
Draw a line through his Old Roan flop last time as 2m4f is too far and better is expected back to 2m off 5lb lower. Style of racing suits this course and was in the process of running a good second to Third Time Lucki in the Grade 2 novice chase at this meeting last season before falling at the last.
Robbie Wilders
Speed figures
Alto Alto (4.00 Cheltenham)
Failed by a whisker here last month and with his stable in fine form this shorter trip may be in his favour as he bids to go one better.
Dave Edwards
Dark horse
Astrophysicist(4.00 Cheltenham)
Put up a couple of improved runs on the Flat in October and trainer's horses have been outrunning their odds lately. Recent history tells us Irish handicap hurdlers are underrated over here.
Craig Thake
West Country
Encashment (3.05 Southwell)
Still a maiden after 20 starts but only narrowly went down at Plumpton last time and mark is unchanged. 7lb claimer Dylan Whelan gets the best out of her and good ground is ideal.
James Stevens
