The Punt Acca: Robbie Wilders bids to follow up last column's 8-1 winner with three Saturday selections

Three horses to include in a multiple from Chelmsford, Ffos Las and Newcastle

Sol Cayo (2.00 Newcastle)

Returned from a 75-day break with a convincing success over course and distance in December and remains temptingly handicapped in the 1m2f contest at Newcastle. The revised mark is also of little concern given he landed a nursery off this rating in 2022. Ready for this step up in grade and has gradually been refinding the useful form he showed for previous connections.

We Never Stop (3.15 Chelmsford)

The 6f handicap at Chelmsford can go the way of We Never Stop. The Kevin Ryan-trained four-year-old brings a touch of class the table, almost winning a conditions race two starts back from a rival who was rated 17lb higher before filling the runner-up spot once more at Newcastle. He drops in class now and remains well treated off 92.

Keep Running (3.31 Ffos Las)

Warren Greatrex-trained seven-year-old who won with loads in hand at Ludlow in November and a 7lb rise for that performance ahead of this 2m handicap chase looks lenient. He is a good jumper with form over further than two miles, and that should be a major help with conditions expected to be testing at Ffos Las. Capable of a bold showing.
