Ramon Di Loria (2.00 Ayr)

This seven-year-old has been in good form recently and trainer Ewan Whillans has found a golden opportunity for him to win in this 6f apprentice handicap. He already has a course and distance win to his name as well as two track runner-up efforts, and he was also victorious at Wolverhampton in March. He ran well off a 3lb higher mark at Musselburgh last time and Tommie Jakes takes a useful 3lb off.

Yaaser (4.05 Ayr)

This seven-year-old tends to save the best for this track and he looks handicapped to go well again in the 7f handicap. Trained by Jim Goldie, he has three course wins, including over the track and trip, and has hit the frame there four times. Having ended last season not in the best form, he showed signs of a recovery when third at Redcar last time over a mile. The drop in trip will be fine and he's won off higher marks before too.

My Mate Alfie (6.40 Naas)

This four-year-old remarkably progressed last season and he can return with another Listed success in the Woodlands Stakes. Trained by Ger Lyons, he was kept busy last year but improved throughout and ended it with a three-timer, which also included Group 3 glory and a course-and-distance strike at this level. He gives weight away to all bar one of his rivals on his comeback, but he's 6lb clear on official ratings.
