Nap of the day: the best horse racing tips from the day's four meetings on Tuesday April 29
Top selections across the cards in Britain and Ireland on Tuesday

Brighton
2.20: Shaw Park
The handicapper has given veteran Poetic Force every chance back on turf and round a course he's always enjoyed, but Shaw Park, a three-time C&D winner for Mikkel Mortensen last summer, looks the one to beat back down from 1m.
Graham Wheldon
Nottingham
3.38: Expressionless
Last season's dual 1m6f winner Expressionless looks teed up for a big run following his striking reappearance effort over 1m2f. There is serious opposition, however, from the reliable Cock And Bull, the unexposed turf debutant Sir Geoff Hurst (who's feared most) and last summer's upwardly mobile Maritime Lady.
Richard Austen
Punchestown
3.40: Lark In The Mornin
Despite an unaccountably poor run in the County Hurdle, Lark In The Mornin, last year's Fred Winter winner, remains of major interest based on a promising run at Leopardstown in December. In a renewal of last week's Fairyhouse rivalry Serienmond, who made late progress, is preferred to Helvic Dream and American Money. Ascending Lark, unbeaten in five hurdle starts, faces her stiffest task so far. In contrast, her stablemate Brentford Hope, second in this last year, is dropped in class.
Alan Sweetman
Wolverhampton
5.53: Crown's Lady
Dual C&D winner Boujee Gold makes the shortlist after her recent turf success, while it would be no surprise if Disclosure were to bounce back from her Southwell performance. However, the vote goes to Crown's Lady, who is off the same mark as when chasing home a subsequent winner at Beverley 13 days ago. Dual course winner Cerulean Summer has been running consistently well in recent months and may pose the main threat.
