Free horse racing tips for Friday April 18 at Newcastle, Lingfield and Chelmsford

Handicappers' nap

Old Harrovian (4.07 Newcastle)

Travelled supremely well for an impressive win over course and distance in January. Has more on his plate here off a 9lb higher mark, but he's one of a handful of progressive types in this and can defy the handicapper under Oisin Murphy.
