O'Grady said back in the winter he had some nice young horses, and it is probably safe to assume this son of Presenting is among them after he made a promising debut in this Fairyhouse bumper.

The imposing individual was held up off the pace by Pat Taaffe, made up his ground nicely on the approach to the straight, but when he was asked a more serious question from the two-furlong pole, he was green and wandered around, leaning into a couple of his rivals. In the final furlong, the penny began to drop and he kept on well.
