The four-year-old comes into this race as a 24-race maiden, but has solid placed form and was beaten just a neck on heavy ground at Ayr last month. That is decent form in the context of this seller and testing ground evidently suits, but he has had plenty of chances.

Conclusion Probably won’t get a better opportunity as this is a weak race, but no wins is a worry. I’m on the fence.
