Dewhurst winner is a thorough professional - what's not to like about him?

It has been a long few years if you’re a fan of Reading Football Club. However, the ‘guv'nor’ Paul Ince has changed the ethos of the whole club and despite being under a transfer embargo, we have won the joint-most games in the Championship this season.

That has come about without spending a single penny on a player and all I ever hear about Reading is how bad they are, how badly the opposition team played when we beat them and how it will all end in tears.

It’s sort of similar to what I was hearing before and after the Dewhurst on Saturday. Before the race it seemed to me that everyone wanted Chaldean to lose. He’s not fancy enough to be a brilliant horse, he’s never that impressive and it will be a bad race if he wins.
