This sprint handicap looks pretty open, but I can't side with 14-race maiden Mecca's Hot Steps as favourite, which leads me to veteran Lucky Beggar.

The 11-year-old is not the force of old, and his last win was here, just over two years ago. However, he wasn't disgraced in a better race at Pontefract last time, and trainer David Griffiths knows how to get a tune of older performers.
