David Baxter with his best two-year-old bet at Yarmouth on Thursday
Yazaman
6.00 Yarmouth
1pt win
Only four have been declared for this maiden, and early prices may need to be sought for Yazaman, as I think he has been found a great opportunity to strike straight away.
He is a half-brother to Royal Commando, a winner at two last season, while dam Online Alexander was a useful sprinter over 5f.
William Haggas has already enjoyed success on turf with his juveniles and Yazaman was one of the horses he nominated for the BHA exemption list.
Tom Marquand has enjoyed great success for Haggas in Australia through the winter. He also has a 21 per cent record (five from 24) for the trainer with his juvenile runners on turf in the last five years.
