'This course winner has a big handicap in him' - Harry Wilson returns with a tip for every race on day four of Doncaster's St Leger meeting

Harry Wilson returns with his advice for all eight races on day four of the St Leger meeting at Doncaster on Sunday, plus the three live on ITV from the Curragh.

1.25 Doncaster
Land Of Lights Festival At Gullivers Handicap, 5f

Harry's tip: Jer Batt

Jer Batt has not won for more than two years, but there is no doubt that he looks well treated off a mark 7lb below his last winning one and he caught the eye at Haydock last time, when he was repeatedly short of room before staying on for fourth. He goes well at Doncaster and this represents a drop in class.

1.55 Doncaster
Betfred 'The Classic Bookmaker' Handicap, 6½f

Harry's tip: Oliver Show

Oliver Show is 0-17 on turf, but he caught the eye at the Glorious meeting, having to weave his way through and running into a dead end at a vital stage before coming home in fourth, and then backed that up when a close second over a mile last time. He has the pace to cope with this drop in trip and is capable of going one better.

2.15 Curragh
Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sales Stakes, 6½f

Harry's tip: Star Of State

It is hard to look past Star Of State, who followed her impressive maiden win at Leopardstown in July with a half-length second in the Group 2 Lowther Stakes at York last month. That effort makes her look extremely well treated at the weights, and she will be hard to beat.

2.30 Doncaster
Betfred City Of Doncaster Handicap, 7f

Harry's tip: Wechaad

Wechaad caught the eye on his reappearance in a 7f handicap at Goodwood in May, faring by far the best of those with a high draw, and he has not had things go his way over a mile since, not getting the clearest run at Royal Ascot and then being forced to challenge wide at Newmarket. This course winner has a big handicap in him.

2.50 Curragh
Moyglare Stud Stakes (Group 1), 7f

Harry's tip: Green Empress

Sun Goddess sets the standard, but only three-quarters of a length separated her from Green Empress in the Airlie Stud Stakes in June and the selection has since proved herself over this trip when value for more than the neck winning margin suggests in the Debutante Stakes. She could have plenty more to offer.

3.05 Doncaster
Japan Racing Association Sceptre Fillies' Stakes (Group 3), 7f

Harry's tip: Forty Years On

Forty Years On took her record on turf to a perfect 5-5 when easily winning a 7f handicap at Goodwood last month, looking a cut above her opposition. The career-best Racing Post Rating of 110 she achieved last time puts her bang there on figures and she can take this rise in grade in her stride.

3.25 Curragh
BAR 1 Betting Flying Five Stakes (Group 1), 5f

Harry's tip: Time For Sandals

Time For Sandals simply did not get a clear shot at things in the Nunthorpe at York last time, being denied a clear run on multiple occasions and finishing with loads of running left. She has hit form, having gone down by less than a length in the King George at Glorious Goodwood, and is a big player granted more luck in running.

3.40 Doncaster
Betfred Mallard Handicap, 1m6½f

Harry's tip: Team Player

Team Player may not have been suited by sitting closer to the pace when disappointing at York last time and can be given another chance. He was progressive before that, notably doing well to go down by just a nose in a steadily run affair at Newbury the start before, and is capable of bouncing back off what is a workable mark.

4.15 Doncaster
I Love Julie Parkes Handicap (Div I), 5f

Harry's tip: Call Margot

Call Margot is quirky and has a tendency to pull too hard, but she looked unlucky not to win the 3YO Dash at Epsom in June and ran her best race since when third at Catterick last time. She remains on a workable mark and could well have this run to suit.

4.50 Doncaster
I Love Julie Parkes Handicap (Div II), 5f

Harry's tip: Duran

Duran has mostly been out of form this year, but he shaped much better than his seventh-place finish suggests in a first-time visor at York last time. He has dropped 8lb below his last winning mark and should relish the return to Doncaster, where he has two neck seconds to his name from as many starts over this distance.

5.20 Doncaster
Duncan Pearce Memorial Apprentice Handicap, 6f

Harry's tip: Dandy Magic

Dandy Magic has form figures of 313 since being fitted with cheekpieces, beating three subsequent winners in a 6f handicap at Hamilton last month before faring by far the best of those held up behind two more prominently ridden rivals back there last time. He gets to run off the same mark and should have this run to suit.
