'She should rate plenty higher' - Harry Wilson with his tips for all seven races at Carlisle on Sunday

Our tipster marks your card for the Premier meeting on Sunday

Harry Wilson returns with his advice for all seven races at Carlisle on Sunday

12.32 Carlisle
pricedup.bet Gordon Richards Novices' Limited Handicap Chase, 2m5f

Harry's tip: First Confession

First Confession won two of his five races over hurdles, with his defeats coming behind subsequent top-level winner Potters Charm on his debut and in a pair of Grade 1 contests. His mark of 129 looks workable, given he was more than four lengths too good for the now 137-rated Crest Of Fortune, and this Irish point winner should progress further over fences.

1.02 Carlisle
PricedUp Novices' Hurdle, 2m4f

Harry's tip: Lost Frequencies

Lost Frequencies, who had strong bumper form, bumped into a couple of useful rivals when second in a pair of 2m hurdles last winter, with his Wetherby conqueror winning twice since and the Kelso winner landing a Grade 2. He should be fine over this longer trip and can make a winning return if ready after his break.

1.32 Carlisle
pricedup.bet Houghton Mares' Chase (Listed), 2m4f

Harry's tip: Paggane

Paggane had a couple of respectable runs on the Flat after joining Faye Bramley before going down by just a neck in the Silver Trophy Handicap Hurdle on her return to jumps at Chepstow last month. Her improvement for Willie Mullins came over longer trips, but she proved she had the speed for this distance last time and should be suited by the return to fences, given she was Grade 2-placed in this discipline last season.

2.02 Carlisle
Stephex Trucks UK Castletown Handicap Hurdle, 2m4f

Harry's tip: Siog Geal

Siog Geal ran into a couple of good mares after beating a subsequent three-time winner on her hurdling debut and proved to be well treated off a mark of 116 when landing a Grade 2 handicap hurdle at Newbury in March. She looked value for more than the half-length margin, given she had a wide trip and wandered around in front, and should rate plenty higher still.

2.37 Carlisle
Colin Parker Memorial Intermediate Chase (Listed), 2m4f

Harry's tip: Handstands

Handstands can be forgiven for being pulled up in the Mildmay, given he lost touch after being badly hampered, and he had won all of his completed chase starts before that, including getting the better of Arkle winner Jango Baie in the Grade 1 Scilly Isles. He should be hard to beat.

3.12 Carlisle
PricedUp Cumberland Handicap Chase, 3m2f

Harry's tip: Val Dancer

Val Dancer won this race on his reappearance last season before going on to deliver career bests in winning the Welsh National and finishing second in the Grand National Trial at Haydock in February, despite being 6lb out of the weights. He gets to run off his right mark this time and should go well in his repeat bid.

3.47 Carlisle
Charemlou John Bowes Wright Memorial Handicap Hurdle, 2m1f

Harry's tip: Dunnet Head

Dunnet Head ended last season on a low note, but his record when fresh at this meeting includes victory in this race two years ago and a head defeat in the 2m4f handicap hurdle last season. He's 2lb below his last winning mark and will be suited by some cut underfoot.
