Since switched to handicaps, this three-year-old has finished second on good to soft going at Doncaster and registered narrow victories at Ripon in July and here last month.

In a recent Weekender stable tour trainer Bryan Smart said: “Because he doesn’t win by far it’s hard for the handicapper to keep up with him and I think he’s still on a good mark.”
