The theme linking Tuesday's three bets is that they all run in races that can be quickly whittled down. The Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Mares' Novices' Handicap Chase (12.30), that opens Southwell's card, contains plenty that have made an inauspicious start over fences. I would also be worried about the fact Jack Barber kept Lamanver Odyssey over hurdles for so long, the sheer number of new things tried on Bee Crossing and Loverherandleaveher's handicap mark.

The last-named mare is still feared, but No No Juliet appeals as the bet in the race. Over hurdles last season, she showed the benefit of her reappearance to win second time up and subsequently proved competitive in a couple of Class 3s at Ascot and Ludlow.
